Accel utilizes computerized custom screening, testing, and skill evaluation, coupled with an in-depth interview and reference verification before placing a candidate on a job assignment. We do not submit candidates without their prior approval.
TESTING & TRAINING
Accel offers testing and training in numerous skill-specific computer applications and general aptitude programs.
Accel maintains a computerized record of pertinent client information, such as work hours, dress code, reporting time and contact information, directions, parking facilities and lunch facilities, to ensure that the Accel employee is prepared to do their job, and do it well, when he or she arrives on a job assignment. A customized orientation program is available for every employer.
STYLE OF INFLUENCE PROFILES
In partnership with iDynamix, LLC, we offer Style of Influence profiles that enhance understanding of behavioral patterns and how those behaviors are perceived and reacted to by others.
Accel strives to meet or exceed the expectations of both its clients and employees. In order to achieve this goal, Accel has implemented a program of Quality Control Meetings and Performance Appraisal Reviews which work together to evaluate and improve upon our quality placement process.
After completing a specific number of hours, Accel employees are eligible for certain benefits, including holiday pay, vacation pay, and participation in a 401(k) plan with matching, direct deposit, and referral bonus.
