Financial services company needs a Branch Manager to run the daily operations of a banking center and provide leadership to the staff and sales professionals.  This position will need to be focused on the development of new business as well as meet and retain existing client/customer relationships.  

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous banking branch manager experience and knowledge of banking products and services
  • Ability to motivate others and address conflict in a positive and productive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills, organization and communication skills
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications: Word, Outlook and Excel

 

Job Duties:

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to help identify products and services
  • Generate sales leads and referrals through community outreach activities and on-site visits with local businesses
  • Supervise staff to include schedule trainings, review time cards, conduct performance reviews and evaluations.  
  • Ensure that audit and compliance procedures are followed, new hire and regulatory compliance training is completed timely and security measures are adhered to regarding opening and closing procedures within the Bank.

 

 Salary $60k - $85k
