Qualifications:

  • Expert Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
  • Very organized and a team player.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment Credit check, Drug Screen and Criminal Background check.

 

 

Job Duties:

  • Willing to take care of personal details, errands, car maintenance, prepare coffee, etc.
  • Manage the CEO’s schedule and travel arrangements/reports.
  • Draft CEO’s correspondence and manage projects.
  • Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, contacts, and email folders.
  • Back up other departments administrative, accounting and receptionist needs when the CEO is out of the office traveling or as needed.
  • Maintain the accounting / bookkeeping for personal businesses using QuickBooks including A/P, A/R, Reconciliations, basic financial statement preparation. 
  • Event and Meeting planning duties.
  • Basic legal knowledge required.
