Full time Program Assistant needed for medical office in Guthrie.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience in using an electronic health record is a plus
  • High school diploma and a minimum of two years of experience in an office management, consumer scheduling and various daily clerical operations
  • Position requires one year of experience in the operation of a similar telephone system and intermediate data entry skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and stay organized while working with frequent interruptions

 

Job Duties:

  • Facilitates and assists direct care and management staff in all clerical and supportive duties needed to have efficient, compensable daily operations of the programs
  • Provide a warm, engaging, and welcoming environment for all consumers, staff, and visitors.
  • Appropriately offer consumers timely access to clinical staff to meet any immediate needs

 

 

Hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm with lunch breaks from 12:00pm – 1:00pm daily, except Tuesdays.  Lunch break on Tuesday is dependent on clinic schedule.  Pay is $13.00/hour.
