Accounts Receivable Supervisor    needed to supervise A/R employees in the payment application, invoicing and collections.  Solid, stable industry with a great work environment, benefits and competitive pay. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Accounting or Finance degree required, as well as previous supervisory experience
  • Credit, collections, or A/R experience preferred
  • MAS 90/200 or SAGE software experience preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other MS operating systems
  • Confidentiality, strong organizational and interpersonal skills necessary to be successful in this position

 

Job Duties:

  • Manage credit granting process (e.g., review credit applications, run credit reports, etc.)
  • Manage relationship with collection agencies
  • Complete high-level collection tasks (e.g., dunning letters, collection calls, etc.)
  • Manage credit/collections relationship with other departments in the company
  • Close A/R sub ledger monthly
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
  • Back up A/R team in A/R tasks
  • Perform other job related duties as assigned
