Senior Staff Accountant will work with the Controller to assist in the monthly financial statement close and review, as well as assist in some of the treasury, collection and perform day-to-day general ledger accounting functions.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Admin required
  • Proficient use in MS Office Suite or related software, as well as ERP software
  • 5 or more years of related experience required
  • Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designation a plus


Job Duties:

  • Assist in monthly Financial Statement closing process
  • Assist in the Year End Financial Statement and Audited Financial Statement process
  • Maintain accounting procedures, internal controls and database management
  • Assists with the annual budget and monthly forecasts
  • Work with external auditors and provide needed information for the annual audit
  • Assist with filing quarterly and annual reports as required for tax reporting matters, i.e. sales tax reporting
  • Serves as backup to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions 
  • Assist in special projects and analysis as requested by management
  • Play a key role with collections process with customers
