Staff Accountant will work with the Assistant Controller and Controller to assist in the monthly financial statement close and review, as well as assist in some of the day to day treasury functions.  This position will be responsible for completing required governmental reports.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Advanced PC skills with proficient use of Excel and Outlook.  Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) experience is preferred but not required
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Time management, organization skills and multi-tasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and excellent judgement
  • Dependable and reliable


Job Duties:

  • Assist in monthly Financial Statement closing process
  • Assist in the Year End Financial Statement and Audited Financial Statement process
  • Maintain accounting procedures, internal controls and database management
  • Developing proper operational, data documentation and troubleshooting procedures
  • Protect operations by keeping financial information confidential
  • Assist in the implementation and upgrading of the accounting systems
  • Assist in special projects as needed
