About
Renée now a co-owner of Accel since 2021, joined the Accel team in 1997, just two years after its founding. Her engaging personality has been a valuable asset in recruiting talent and developing broad networks with employers throughout the metro.
Renée has a varied background in accounting, financial and management roles and previously worked for Coopers & Lybrand, CPAs; First Interstate Bank of Oklahoma; and Smith Bucklin & Associates in Chicago.
Her industry involvement includes:
- Institute of Internal Auditors OKC Chapter, Board Member and Former President
- Accounting and Financial Women’s Alliance, OKC Chamber, Board Member
- OKC Chapter of the Oklahoma Society of CPAs, Board Member and former Assistant Treasurer
- Greater Oklahoma City Chamber member
- Midwest City Chamber member
Renée received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Oklahoma State University and is a CPA.
