Meg’s innovative and civically oriented focus has lent a valuable perspective in building Accel Financial Staffing since 1995. A native of Long Island, she has made Oklahoma City her home for more than 30 years. Meg was elected to office in 2008, and serves as the Ward 6 Councilman for the City of Oklahoma City. She is a member of the Oklahoma City Economic Development committee, the Oklahoma City Riverfront Redevelopment Authority, and chairs the City's Social Services committee.
Meg is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College. She began her professional career as a corporate loan officer with the Chase Manhattan Bank in New York and spent twelve years as co-founder and president of a national retail financial services chain. Meg serves on the Board of First Fidelity Bank, the Board of Oklahoma City University, the Oklahoma School of Science and Math Foundation, the Myriad Gardens Executive Committee and the Civic Center Foundation. Meg was the first woman president of the Rotary Club of Oklahoma City, the largest Rotary Club in the world, is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma, Leadership Oklahoma City, and is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Oklahoma City.

Diana is one of the founding members of the Accel team and has partnered with clients to find the right solutions for their business staffing needs since 1995. She loves contributing to the growth of opportunities in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area. Diana is currently the OKHR District Director-West, the Past-President of the Sooner Human Resource Society (SHRS) representing the Moore-Norman area, is the Past College Relations Director and Certification Director for OKHR, and is a member of The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). In November 2013, Diana led the SHRS chapter to earn its first national Pinnacle Award, the highest honor given to a SHRM chapter. Diana is the past Treasurer of the Oklahoma Ethics Consortium and is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City Class XXVI. She currently serves as a team leader for the Oklahoma City Chamber Total Resource Development Campaign and serves on the OKC Greater Grads committee. Diana also currently serves on the University of Central Oklahoma College of Business Advisory Board.
Prior to joining Accel, Diana had a nine-year career in retail financial services management. She has an excellent background in sales and customer service, and has been responsible for hiring and placing individuals nationwide. Diana has a degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University with a concentration in computer systems programming. Diana earned her certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) in 2013 and SHRM-SCP in 2015.

Every spring you'll find Renée at the Festival of the Arts in downtown OKC. She has taken on leadership roles since 1998, just one year after joining Accel. Renée's engaging personality has been a great asset in the recruitment of talent and development of broad networks with employers throughout the region.
Renée is a graduate of Oklahoma State University. She is the current President of Institute of Internal Auditors OKC Chapter, is the Assistant Treasurer for the Oklahoma City Chapter of the Oklahoma Society of CPA’s and serves on the board, and is a member of the Accounting and Financial Woman’s Alliance. Renée belongs to the Oklahoma Business Ethics Consortium and regularly attends the Institute of Management Accountants meetings. Prior to joining Accel, she spent twelve years in varied accounting, financial, and management roles. She began her career with Coopers & Lybrand, CPA's and continued to build on that experience with positions at First Interstate Bank of Oklahoma and Smith Bucklin & Associates in Chicago.

Debbie brings the most varied industry background to Accel. Her experience in working within the accounting arena for construction, cost, manufacturing, retail, oil and gas, tax and public accounting has been invaluable to our clients since 1998.
Debbie is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma. She is the Past President and past Treasurer for the Oklahoma City Chapter of the Oklahoma Society of CPAs. Debbie is also a board member, and past President, of the Institute of Management Accountants OKC Chapter and serves as a Board Member for the Heartland Council of the Institute of Management Accountants. In addition, she has served on the University of Central Oklahoma Accounting Endowment Fund Advisory board, helping raise funds for the continuing education of accounting professors and academic scholarships for students.

Megan brings a valuable and unique perspective to Accel as she has been a candidate, a client and a member of our team since 2002. Megan is a "puzzle builder" and she applies that special approach to looking at problems and systems when helping to build solutions. She provides valuable input and a fresh approach as the Accel team continuously strives to improve our effectiveness. Megan is a great example of our core value of "Innovation and Continuous Learning".
After attending the University of Central Oklahoma, Megan was employed as the Office Manager for a medical equipment company. She is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City's L.O.Y.A.L. Class III and served on the Leadership Oklahoma City Alumni Board. Megan is a the co-founder and Past President of the OKC Midtown Rotary Club and has served as the District Trainer and District Secretary for Rotary International District 5750. She was a 2008 Rotary International Group Study Exchange (GSE) team member to Poland and was the GSE Team Leader to India in 2013. Megan was recently honored to be selected to serve as the Rotary International District 5750 District Governor in 2016-2017. Megan has served on the advisory board for deadCenter Film Festival, past board member for SixTwelve and is currently a committee memeber for the Arts Council's Festival of the Arts. Megan has been honored as the 2009-10 "Rotarian of the Year" by Rotary District 5750, 2009-10 "Rotarian of the Year" by OKC Midtown Rotary Club, an "Achiever Under 40 Class XI" by The Journal Record, and "Forty Under 40" by OKC Biz.

As the newest and youngest member of the Accel team, Gabby brings a new and diverse outlook. Her creative background helps foster an environment of resourcefulness and originality.
After attending Southwestern Oklahoma State University and the University of Central Oklahoma, Gabby followed her passion for baking to Pastry School. Simultaneously working at a bakery and attending school, Gabby graduated with honors and became a certified Pastry Chef. Following graduation, Gabby remained employed at the bakery and then went on to help open a new cupcake shop in Northwest Oklahoma City. Prior to joining the Accel team, Gabby was employed as a scheduler at a busy physician’s office. Gabby has spent several summers serving in childcare, youth group, and overseas doing missions work. Gabby continues to enjoy photography, in which she has won several awards, including a first place state win.
